Working at group level provided significant multicultural leadership experience that influenced Leadership Development initiatives and learning focus.
Amanda brings proven corporate credibility and hands-on expertise delivering People, Performance and Culture assessments. Her Master’s in Research Psychology, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Education, underpins an evidence-based approach, enriched by early volunteering with the SA Depression and Anxiety Group, where she cultivated empathy and a human-centred design ethos. Amanda is also a certified Executive Coach to ILM Level 7.
