Hogan Certification is an internationally recognised accredited training programme that equips professionals with the skills to administer, interpret, and provide feedback on the Hogan Personality Assessments:

Our public Hogan certification workshops are typically run over 2 full days. Bespoke or In-house certification programmes can be offered over 2 full days or 4 half days. The course includes pre and post work and participants will usually need additional time to complete these steps. Hogan certification is offered by aps at £2,250 +VAT per participant. In-house and bespoke programmes are available for groups of 3 or more people.

Our in-person London Hogan Certification workshop usually takes place at a range of London venues in zone 1 including the Royal Exchange and the Landmark at Gracechurch Street, however venues vary depending on availability and capacity.
Our other in-person locations include: Manchester and Daventry in the UK and Dublin, Ireland.

Unlike most Hogan providers APS do not charge administration fees on reports. The price you pay is the cost of the report with no hidden administration fees.

Yes, once you are Hogan certified you are certified for life, it does not expire, and you take it with you whatever role you are in, so make sure to hold onto your certificate/accreditations.

The aps approach typically starts with the MVPI first – however, there is no set order, this is usually connected to the conversation you are having or the style of the person giving the debrief.
The Hogan certification workshop focuses on the 3 core hogan personality assessments, after you are Hogan certified you will have access to the Hogan personality inventory (HPI), hogan development survey (HDS) and motives values preferences inventory (MVPI).
Data from participants taking the Hogan Assessments is stored in the USA (Hogan Head Office in Tulsa).
