Trusted Advisor Masterclass

Trusting business relationships has become more important than ever in a world where trust has been eroded and people seem increasingly cautious.

 

Building trusted relationships where colleagues, clients, and other key stakeholders feel comfortable disclosing information and exploring problems and solutions co-creatively is key.

The Trusted Advisor Masterclass is a 2-day workshop designed for participants who regularly consult or advise important stakeholders and discerning clients.  It is heavily focused on building take-away skills and techniques that can be applied immediately in the real world.

 

During the interactive Trusted Advisor workshop, participants work with a coach both as a table group and skills practice team.  70% of workshop time is invested in skills practice. This is where teams break out with their coach into groups of six to address a challenging industry-specific case study.  Participants are coached to 'skills practice' four business meetings.  This is where the rubber hits the road and participants hone skills that build trust and value through co-creative conversation.

The impact of personality and values on Trusted Advisor relationships

The Trusted Advisor Workshop explores the impact of personality on forming and maintaining business relationships. Participants receive a personal Hogan Assessment report outlining the strength of their values and how they compare to other working adults around the world.
