By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.
The Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) is a tool which permits evaluation of the fit between an individual and the organisational culture and allows assessment of a person's motives.
The MVPI scales represent dimensions that have a historic presence in the literature on motivation. Hogan Assessments reviewed 80 years of theory and research on motives, values, and interests and developed 10 content scales.
