Joey is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Advanced People Strategies. Prior to joining APS she gained more than 12 years of International Leadership Development experience working with global organisations such as Xerox, British Airways Plc and Kyowa Kirin International plc. She designed and delivered leadership and high-potential development programmes to support their people development strategy. Such experience has enabled her to help diverse leaders tap into insights and tools that deliver results and personal success. At APS, Joey facilitates the Hogan Certification programmes for HR, Business Psychologists and professional coaches that qualifies them in the use of these world-class assessment tools. She delivers our Leadership Masterclass programmes and facilitates SkillsPilot – our online global development system for Leaders. Joey holds a Management Sciences degree and genuinely enjoys helping and supporting our clients.
