What Does The Trusted Leader Workshop Explore?

Participants will learn:

Day 1:

 

  • How to become a trusted leader by considering both people involved and tasks needing to be completed, thus generating high-quality results.

 

  • How to communicate effectively and confidently in your teams, with different communication styles and provide evidence-based feedback using the STARS model. 

 

  • From application of skills in various scenarios and situations and receive feedback from your facilitator and peers.

Day 2:

 

  • How to empower and engage your talent by understanding the impact of personality on their motivation, preferences, and behaviour. 

 

  • How to use the 5 Ps model to assess direct reports potential, performance, passion, purpose, and progress. 

 

  • To use a coaching conversation framework to structure coaching sessions which support direct reports achieve their objectives.
