Finalising your Certification and Hogan Assessments Registration

Once all 3 steps are complete you will be able to order Hogan Reports, and your formal Certificate will be shared with you.

What you need to do:

Results Interpretation Form

Complete the Results Interpretation Form to include specific and relevant points you believe are significant to your participant’s awareness which demonstrates understanding across the 3 assessment tools.

1:1 Post Workshop Call

Book a 40-minute Call - email info@advancedpeoplestrategies.co.uk

APS want to ensure you are confident and competent at interpreting the Hogan results for your practice participant. Before the call, APS will review your Results Interpretation Form, to ensure you are on the right track and can connect and describe the key results to the participant’s role. We can then discuss your findings and offer suggestions to support the feedback.

Test of Understanding

Complete the Test of Understanding. You’ll find it on this link (https://www.hogancertification.com/#/login) under My Courses > Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop | led by Advanced People Strategies > Certification Test of Understanding.

This allows you to test your level of Hogan understanding across the 3 personality assessment tools.

Use Keyline Links

Many colleagues find it helpful to connect scales across the assessments where they spot correlations or want to highlight significant links.

Align Your Thoughts

Use the Results Interpretation form as a way to align your thoughts. Don’t over think! It doesn’t have to be more than 1 page. The clusters/themes can be helpful to summarise what you’re seeing, as well as the ‘Pick 2 HPI’ app.
