Many organisations have existing competency frameworks for their people. Our 360 online platform can be quickly customised to include your existing profiles and preferred question items. Similarly, the administration system and final participant report can be adapted and branded for your organisation. This enables your organisation to distribute talent management tools and using the labels and language that people are already familiar with. Thus providing a "joined-up" approach to talent management tools.

360's are designed to give all participants more comprehensive feedback, which doesn't just rely on one individuals' feedback, but an overview of the entire teams feedback. 360s enable the participant to not just see how they are meeting their goals, but also how they are contributing to team goals and areas for development.

Your custom branded 360 can include any number of competencies and question items. You may optionally include a short climate survey at no extra cost, which gathers feedback from direct reports about the climate their leader establishes in the workplace. Reflections 360 enables participants to select from over 60 independent competencies to construct a tailored questionnaire. Participants can add an unlimited number of raters to manager, peer and direct report categories as they wish. Participants also complete the questionnaire for themselves and combined results are compared in their report.
