We have already developed questions to measure these skills which means you can rapidly set up and implement a tailored survey that best suits your audience and Leadership Development intervention.  

Participants' can add an unlimited amount of raters per rater groups; Managers, Peers, Direct Reports and Others.  The online system automatically issues invitations to raters to complete the survey and nudges them with a reminder if needed, minimalising the amount of administrative intervention needed.

The reflections 360 platform offers trend analysis per competency profile, the data is also ordered per department or per country if you are running a global 360 Multi-rater feedback initiative.  The 360 Feedback trend analysis can provide HR professionals with key insights to support broader development plans which could help target resources effectively.

A manager can be nominated to approve the participant rater list before invites are sent out to complete the survey.  With options for that manager to easily approve the selection of raters or edit/ remove raters from the list.

Yes, you have the option to nominate an overseeing administrator, who will have access to analytics, online progress tracking and the ability to send reminders.
