Senior Learning & Development Consultant


We focus much of our attention on guiding and supporting senior managers and leaders of UK and global clients from virtually all industry sectors in the corporate world. Our clients already tap into our world-class Hogan tools for talent selection and development and we have designed a range of master-class programmes which we want to expand and evolve for 2019.


To support our plans going forward, we are seeking a highly experience professional to join our team.


The successful candidate will report to the L&D Director and become heavily involved in:

  • Developing masterclass learning content and materials for managers and senior leaders
  • Facilitating 1:1, group learning and webinar sessions both face to face and through virtual media
  • Working with our Business Psychologist colleagues to support product development
  • Using our Hogan Assessments alongside 360s and climate surveys to support personal and team insights


The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident and enjoy facilitating learning
  • Want to create and deliver world-class learning and inspire senior leaders
  • Love working with technology to support development programmes
  • Great at establishing trusted relationships and a learning environment where people feel positively challenged
  • Willing to travel in the UK and at times internationally
  • Looking to build your awareness and taking the initiative to build relevant experience for yourself and support colleagues



You will

  • Have min 4-5 years relevant L&D experience working with managers with a mostly Corporate background
  • Possess a relevant Degree, CIPD, ILM or CMI qualification
  • You may already be a certified coach or on the path to becoming one. Team coaching experience would be an asset.


Salary £45-55k based on experience
