Rob is the Learning and Development Director at Advanced People Strategies. He holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management in addition to a Degree in Education and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. Prior to joining APS as a Director, Rob gained global Corporate experience across various sectors including Colt Technology Services, Avis, United Health Group, and Data Analytics. Working at group level provided significant multicultural leadership experience that influenced Leadership Development initiatives and learning focus. Rob facilitates C-Suite and Senior Leader Team master-class programmes in various locations around the world for successful, fast-paced corporate organisations. As a certified coach professional through the Academy of Executive Coaches, he works closely, one to one with CEOs, Executive Board members, and Senior Leaders across a range of sectors who value his authentic approach and style of working. He manages the APS team of professional Executive and Business Coaches as well as our Learning and Development Team who train and certify other professionals in the use of Hogan Assessment tools. Rob also manages our partnership with Corporate Research Forum (CRF), where he has facilitated key development sessions for their corporate membership audience. His passion is people and learning, supporting key Leaders in organisations to increase their effectiveness.
