He has extensive experience in people leadership and business management, gained from a successful career with FTSE 100 and private companies. This brings practical insight and strategic organisational development solutions to clients’ situations. Melvyn delivers the Hogan Assessments certification workshop to International Occupational Psychologist Consultancies, Executive Coaches, Human Resources and Learning and Development professionals. He also provides international assessment services and Executive level coaching. Melvyn also develops and delivers senior and executive team sessions to increase effectiveness and is a lead facilitator for the APS bespoke “Becoming a Trusted Advisor” international client programme. Melvyn is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and British Psychological Society TUA and TUOP qualified.
