MBTI Step 1 - Team Report

The MBTI Team report is only available after individuals have completed and received their individual MBTI report and scores. APS use each person's individual report scores to generate a team report for that person.

The MBTI Step I Team Report is a powerful resource to support team development workshops.

The team's overall type is identified and then a Team
Report is generated for each person which explores how their MBTI type works with that of the team.

The report includes:

• An overview of the team type and an index of how similar members are to each other
• Implications of the team type for their overall performance
• Strengths and weaknesses of the both the team and the individual team member
• Observations and recommendations about problem-solving as a team
• Information about the team's likely approach to conflict
• A team and individual action plan

The Team Report is £25 per person in the team (it excludes the individual report that must be purchased seperately). When purchasing on-line, the numer of reports purchased therefore needs to equal the number of people in the team.
