Full programme

This Hogan Assessments certification course is suitable for professionals working in the people development field with no prior psychometric accreditation.

The programme is non-residential and run over 2 days.

It provides an accelerated learning approach that enables participants to administer and interpret the three Hogan personality inventories (MVPI, HPI and HDS).

The course focuses on interpretation both for each instrument and across all three to generate interpretative insight and confidence quickly. Real-life case studies are used throughout the course and instrument results are considered in relation to job roles. On day 2, participants will be invited to practice providing feedback using Hogan Assessments and begin engaging in real business application.

This Hogan Assessments conversion course is suitable for professionals working in the people development field who hold the BPS Level B in occupational testing or Chartered Psychologist qualification.
