Serious psychometric research takes a great deal of time and effort and we believe people in the business and professional community are willing to help.

We would like to invite you to support the research by completing the questionnaire by clicking the link below. The questionnaire is quite long, as it includes all research questions, and takes around 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is part of an ongoing research project for the Manchester Business school under the supervision of Dr Mark Batey, which is exploring the individual traits which predispose people to perform creatively. The aim is to develop a broadly applicable model which can be used to identify and develop individual creativity.
