BPS Level B
This programme is designed for HR and People Development professionals wanting to utilise psychometric
testing in their place of work.
The Level B Certificate is a competency standard of occupational testing set by the British Psychological Society and indicates a professional standard of understanding on the choice and application of personality tests. This can help organisations develop in-house competence to evaluate tests that might be used for selection, development and general talent management applications.
The blended learning approach is designed to support various learning styles, be flexible to cope with personal pace and minimise time away from the work place. There are 3 steps:
| |
 |
Distance Learning where learners can manage their own learning at home or on the train to suit their work pattern and at their own pace. |
|
| |
 |
Attend a 1-day workshop focusing on the application of personality instruments, administering tests, interpreting and feeding back results. |
